•There will be no charge for new Leadership Representatives to purchase their Leadership success kit. During this time, any Representative (regardless of LOA) can order the kit for no charge, provided that they have not previously ordered a Leadership success kit.

•To drive sales during the critical C/24-C/2, 2008 period, Avon will waive multiple order fees for Representatives who place an add-on order greater than $200.

- 5 Active Recruits in your Unit at all times.

- Maintain Total Unit Sales (including your own) of $1,400 each  campaign.

ADVANCED UNIT LEADER
- 12 Active Recruits - 2 Active Unit Leaders in your Unit at all times.
- Maintain $300 in Personal Sales each campaign.
- Maintain Total Unit Sales (including your own) of $4,000 each campaign.
EXECUTIVE UNIT LEADER
- 20 Active Recruits - 6 Unit Leaders in your Unit at all times.
- Maintain $350 in Personal Sales each campaign.
- Maintain Total Unit Sales (including your own) of $12,500 each campaign.
SENIOR EXECUTIVE UNIT LEADER
- 20 Active Recruits - 8 Active Unit Leaders and 2 Active Executive Unit Leaders.
- Maintain $400 in Personal Sales each campaign.
- Maintain Total Unit Sales (including your own) of $20,000 each campaign.
